Docket No33 Restaurant

In late 2017, Docket Nº33 opened in Whitchurch, Shropshire. They offer menus that are focused around British cuisine using local and seasonal produce, and offer tasting and a la carte food menus, alongside a great cocktail and wine list.

Sharing a passion with their guests, Docket Nº33 creates a relaxed and informal setting where guests can enjoy creative food and drinks, prepared and served by like-minded people.

There are a great team behind Docket Nº33, Stuart & Frances Collins, Richard Bancroft, and Emily Fowles.

Stuart Collins is Co owner and Chef, and has worked in some amazing places such as New York, London, Devon, Doha and Whitchurch! After graduating, Stuart worked with Michael Caines MBE at Gidleigh Park, Devon. Four years later, he worked for Gordon Ramsay, at the 3 Michelin starred Restaurant in London, and then to New York, working at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay and Maze. After five years, Stuart returned to the UK, and to Michael Caines, as Executive Chef at the Abode Hotel, Chester. In late 2011 a role in Doha, Qatar, tempted Stuart to travel again and he worked across four varying hospitality projects in the Qatar Foundation. 2017 saw Stuart return to the UK and opened Docket No33.

Frances Collins is Co owner and Restaurant Manager, with an amazing passion for food, and has a personality that is bubbly at all hours of the day! With experience in Restaurant Management, Sales and Marketing, Frances has been involved opening many restaurants and bars across the North West of England and the Middle East, and has worked with great names such as Chef Michael Caines, Chef Guy Savoy, and at the Four Seasons Hotel, Doha.

Richard Bancroft is second in command! Richard comes from a family of ice cream makers, and has inherited a love for anything sweet! Although he has a natural skill with sugar, Richard pulls out the occasional savoury delight; most impressive to date is our signature Beer Bread.

Emily Fowles is our newbie. In an effort to keep the team young Emily has joined and is Docket No33’s newest team member. Emily is a quirky sock wearing, gin loving, and snapchat lover, with a flair and enthusiasm for cocktails, and brings energy to the team. On a ‘fast-track’ management course, Emily will be leading the front of house team At No11.
