River Town is a Pop Up Restaurant Consortium using locally sourced produce, with a Modern Asian slant. It is brought to you by Chef Chris Burt, who is Executive Head Chef at the Mytton and Mermaid, Atcham. He previously worked at Momo-no-ki’s in Shrewsbury, and whilst there released a cookbook, telling all his secret ways for creating delicious food!
