Georgia Bruce is a classically trained chef having attended Leiths. She has worked in a variety of different restaurants and catering facilities and now runs her own private catering business, Comyn Bruce Catering.
Most of her work is based around private dining and supper clubs. She is passionate about local and seasonal produce, and follows a very ‘no-faff’ philosophy. Georgia’s food speaks for itself and is very true to flavour and organic beauty. With a passion for alternative food, an evening catered by Georgia will be unique to the last!

We will present to you a wave of dishes sharing style, to showcase the best of the wholefood world from a delicious and alternative viewpoint. Be prepared to be surprised!
